At Yoga Changes, a welcoming yoga studio in Santa Monica, we’re proud to be the home of many beloved former YogaWorks teachers—instructors known for their deep experience, heartfelt teaching, and decades of dedication to the practice. Since opening just three years ago, Yoga Changes has become a local hub for high-quality yoga classes in Santa Monica, offering a nurturing space for students of all levels—from complete beginners to longtime practitioners. Whether you're joining us in studio or online, you’ll find classes that support your growth and well-being.

 

As a teacher-run yoga studio, we offer something for everyone—Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Roller Yoga, Sound Healing, and more.

 

What started as a dream to create a community-centered yoga home has become a vibrant space where new students feel seen and seasoned yogis stay inspired.

SUNDAY NIGHT UNWIND W/ NICH 

Starting Jan 2026

4:30–5:30 PM — Mindful Hatha


A steady, breath-guided Hatha practice with time to explore each pose. Build technique, find alignment, and leave feeling centered and refreshed.

**Designed to be followed with Sacred Sleep Yoga directly after for maximum results

 

5:30–6:30 PM — Sacred Sleep- Yoga Nidra


A deeply calming, fully guided rest practice done mostly lying down. Soften the body, quiet the mind, and restore your whole system.
