Classes We Offer

Our class list includes a range of levels and techniques and are taught by many Yoga Works senior teachers. We pride ourselves in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as quiet your mind.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga provides a full range of movement, just a little slower and easier. This class is suitable for all ages, suitable for students with injuries or conditions, beginners, or anyone who simply wants a more relaxing class to de-stress.

Mindful Vinyasa Flow

This class is a dynamic practice that links individual poses or “asanas” with breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. The practice always includes  sun salutations, standing poses, and core work.

Vinyasa Intermediate

This class builds strength and stamina through a more challenging and dynamic flow.  Arm balances, inversions, and back bends may be included.

Level 2/3

Level 2/3 class is an intermediate/advanced classes suited for more experienced practitioners that have a solid yoga pratcice. Classes often build to a peak posture, demand more strength, balance, and flexibility, and move at a continuous pace.

Dharma Yoga

Dharma Yoga, created by Sri Dharma Mittra, blends over 50 years of classical yoga practice with modern adaptations. It’s a graceful yet challenging style rooted in the Eight-limbed path, featuring flowing Vinyasa, inversions, and held poses to build strength, balance, and concentration.

Therapeutic yoga

Therapeutic yoga classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual's needs, gentle movement sequences to help improve the body's movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation.
